What Services

We are a retained search firm that specializes in CEO search, C-Suite and Board level engagements.  Additionally, we have our finger on the pulse of emerging leadership. In healthcare, we recruit physicians for employment opportunities in the U.S. and Canada. We provide three service tiers to help your organization scale.

Service Tiers

Retained Search: Executive/board level roles
Engaged: Leadership/Niche roles

Hourly: Hire one of our headhunters for recruitment support

Fees

We offer flat fee pricing for all search services

Executive search:
CEO, C-Suite, and EVP search services are paid in three installments.

Engaged search:
Paid in two installments

Hourly:
If approved, one of our seasoned U.S. based Headhunters will assist w/ your recruitment needs. There is an 80 hour minimum for this service, and a 24 hour ramp up.  This service provides time tracking and desktop monitoring.
